Lucky. It is sweat your butt off HOT down here!!!!
Well this week was definitely a better one. Our numbers have improved but sadly the real one that counts didn't do so well. We only had one investigator at church. Our member present lessons have been going well. We hope to be able to hit our goal this coming week. We have a few really good potential investigators as well. Luckily they are both families! Trying to get a hold of more families is just hard but really good here in the Savanna La Mar Area. Either that or we are just getting lucky.
We have been working on asking more questions to help the investigators open up just a bit more. We hope that the more they share their feelings the more they will understand how they are already away are answers to some of the questions that they have, or be more willing to ask if something is really on their mind.
Elder Martin and I are doing great. We have set a goal to be as punctual as possible. We hope that it will show those in which we serve with that we are serious about the things that we do. We make sure that we do at least one role play per morning. We are also going to be trying to read from the scriptures together if we have time. We thought it may help each other get more view points and insights on the doctrines that we teach. Elder Martin is a very humble guy. He is so willing just to do and puts really all he has into doing it. He is always looking for the next thing that will better anything he is working on. He has a very strong testimony and is really good at sharing it when needed.
If you all ask questions in your e-mails more, I will answer them. I want to know how you are doing but also ask questions so that I don't just have to write "well that is good to hear."
