This week for me I have been really digging deep about what it is I need to make changes or improve more. And the result was not too shocking but definitely needed. I have been working on becoming more of a person that anybody can trust to make the right decision. Either it be good or bad. I guess you could say more respected. I am not here to be a good friend... I am here to do work for a God who knows me and knows what I am capable of. I have been contemplating my every move. Treating people as adults so they will act that way and see that that is the only way I will act.
